Step 1 – Submit Exhibitor Application Form
Download and complete the Exhibitor Application Form & Contract and submit it to the InterBattery Secretariat Office via email.
Please note:Exhibitors are registered on a first-come-first-serve basis. Application deadlines are subject to change in the case that demand for exhibit space exceeds space available.

Step 2 – Make a Payment
After submission of the exhibition application form, exhibitor(s) will receive an invoice stating the 50% payment of the total booth fee. Exhibitor(s) should transfer the deposit within 7 days of application submission. Final participation fee includes the other 50% of booth fee and utility costs, which must be transferred to InterBattery Secretariat by January 28, 2022.
