Q1. How to Pre-register for InterBattery 2025

Please check the Visitor > Pre-registration section on the InterBattery official website.

Q2. Can I visit InterBattery 2025 without pre-registration?

If you haven't pre-registered, you can still visit by registering on-site.

※ Guests with invitations received from acquaintances are eligible for free admission.

Q3. Can I pre-register by phone?

For privacy protection, we only accept pre-registrations online.

Q4. I pre-registered but did not receive any confirmation. Is my registration complete?

1. If you completed pre-registration, you should have received a confirmation email. Simply proceed with ticket issuance at the venue.

2. If you received an online invitation, enter your visitor information, and use the generated QR code for entry.

Q5. Can I re-enter the event?

Re-entry is allowed on the date specified on your entry pass if you have purchased a one-day ticket.

Q6. How can I report a lost item?

If you lose or find an item at the venue, please contact the Secretariat and hand over the item for proper handling.

Q7. Which parking area is closest to the exhibition hall?

The Purple Zone (E, F, G, H, I) on Basement Level 2 of COEX is the closest to the exhibition hall (Hall A).

Q8. How can I receive a free invitation?

Invitations are only issued for business-to-business purposes and are not available to individual attendees.
Individual attendees are advised to enter through pre-registration or on-site registration.
