Surcharge Information
Cancellation and Penalty Fees

| From November 1st, 2024, to December 31st, 2024 | 80% of total exhibition fee |
| After January 1st, 2025 | 100% of total exhibition fee |
※ In the event that the exhibitor decides to cancel or reduce exhibition floor space already reserved, the above penalty must be paid to the organizer within 15 days of the change.
If the exhibitor has already paid the registration fee in full, the penalty will be deducted from the total amount.
