CANCELLATION AND PANALTY FEES

※ In the event that the exhibitor decides to cancel or reduce exhibition
floor space already reserved, the above penalty must be paid to the
organizer within 15 days of the change.
If the exhibitor has already paid the registration fee in full, the penalty
will be deducted from the total amount.
APPLY FOR INTERBATTERY 2026 BOOTH WAIT-LIST
Thanks to the high interest for InterBattery 2027, all booths within Halls A, B, C, and D have been fully booked. For companies wishing to participate, applications are still available for the B/D Hall Lobby, Grand Ballroom, Grand Ballroom Lobby, and Platz Hall. If you wish to participate in the closed exhibition halls, please submit the online application first; we will then send a separate email in May with instructions on how to submit a waitlist application for any canceled booths. Please note that this is only effective in limited cases of cancellations and does not guarantee participation in InterBattery 2027.
